Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of Nativz Cortex (“Cortex”, the “service”). By using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are provisioned by Nativz or your organization’s administrator. Do not share access or attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
Do not use the service to violate any law or any third-party platform’s terms (including the social platforms you connect).
Do not attempt to extract data you are not authorized to access, or to overload the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and brand data you put into Cortex. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf, such as processing it through our AI and publishing providers to deliver the features you use.

Third-party services

Cortex integrates with third-party providers (AI models, email, and social platforms). Your use of features that rely on them is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Nativz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
